Adrian started his career as a wireman, thanks to a great guy called Terry Baker. He progressed over time to the position of UK Operations Director for a Global blue chip company. Responsible for a large, multi-location team he led a fair amount of manufacturing development, supply chain streamlining and system implementation. He set up DASL & MSL to help customers looking for a combined electronics assembly and sheet metal fabrication supplier, something reasonably unique in the UK.
Outside of work, Adrian is a keen Exeter City fan, trust member and season ticket holder. He’s also quite into music and dropping in at the Port Royal for a nice cold Thatchers.

He now spends one day a week learning at Exeter College and the rest of the week developing his skills here in the factory.
Outside of work Jake enjoys going out with his friends.
Arthur joined us as our 7th apprentice in 2022 after his previous employer decided not to support apprentices in their second year. Their loss has been our gain and Arthur has been developing his skills across the MSL workshop alongside continuing his apprenticehip at Exeter College for the past year.
Outside of work Arthur is into his cars and motorbikes and is a member of Silverton & Mid Devon Motor club.
Nigel joined us in 2022 after gaining 24 years of electronics experience with what was Blick Communications and then Stanley Security Solutions; working primarily in the repairs department and as team leader for 15 of those 24 years. Having met and worked with Adrian at Blick back in 1997 and staying in touch ever since Nigel was intrigued to learn more when a position within the electronics team became available here at MSL & DASL. Nigel brings team leadership skills and a customer focused mentality that will fit perfectly within the DASL team.
Away from work Nigel is a devoted family man and loves spending as much time with his partner and their two daughters as possible.
Martin has worked in the electronics industry for 22 years having started at Blick Communications when he was 19 years old. From an early age he always had a keen interest in electronics and finding out how things work.
