With an in-house powder coat painting facility typically we can reduce lead times to customers by 3 or 4 working days as we can rapidly produce good industrial finishes in gloss, semi gloss, ripple or textured paints applied with our electrostatic application system and cured in a gas fired batch oven (Maximum oven dimensions 1.25M x 1.9M x 1.8M).
We cap or plug protect threaded parts and can also spot mask to your requirements
We have a small comprehensive industrial colour pallet of powder available and are able to obtain other colours of powder in any RAL or BS shade (minimum quantities apply). Pantone colour matches are also available for larger quantities.
